[rear-users] Announcement: New release of Rear v2.3

Dear all, 

We are pleased to announce that ReaR v2.3 has been released. See the
abstract section of v2.3 in the release notes [1] for a quick overview
of the major changes.
You can download the stable [2] version from our web-site.
As before, if you encounter problems please open an issue [3] on our
GitHub project.
This version has been tested quite heavily and we collected this
information on our Test Matrix Wiki page [4]. If you have done tests
yourself and could not find it back on the previous mentioned wiki page
please let us know and we will update the page accordingly.
