[rear-users] Pre-ReaR version 2.3 freeze period

Dear ReaR community, 

We announce that from today on we have a freeze period of our master
ReaR code to allow is to do some basic quality tests on our source code
before we prepare a new release 2.3. 

We are expecting to lift the freeze period once we have faith in the
rear-2.3 code - before the end of this month the new release will be
born and be ready for consumption. 

As usual - bugs and serious security items may be reported on our issue
page: https://github.com/rear/rear/issues 

Keep in mind that new feature requests will not be accepted anymore for
this current release (2.3) to come.
