The interesting part is /var/lib/rear/layout/disklayout.conf. Could
you mail this file?

 after testing other stuff,
there is still no solution for my problem.
 I attached '_rear dump'
_output as well.

 I do use a NVMe encrypted Device (/boot is not
encrypted, on the other hand / and swap are encrypted).
 I use Cent OS
7.

MY LOCAL.CONF LOOKS LIKE THIS:

 OUTPUT=USB

USB_DEVICE=/dev/disk/by-label/REAR-000
 ####
 #### create a backup using
the internal NETFS method, using 'rsync'
 BACKUP=NETFS

#BACKUP_PROG_CRYPT_ENABLED=1
 #BACKUP_PROG_CRYPT_KEY="my_Secret_pw"
 #

## write both rescue image and backup to the device labeled REAR-000

BACKUP_URL=usb:///dev/disk/by-label/REAR-000

PROBLEM STILL:

 1. No
code has generated to restore device.
 But in the end the DISK LAYOUT
CREATED (_SEEMS TO BE FINE???_).

2. ERROR: NO FILESYSTEM MOUNTED ON
/MNT/LOCAL. STOPPING.

_ANY IDEAS ARE SO VERY VERY WELCOME! _
_THANK
YOU SO MUCH! _

 Thanks!

Sumaya

Hi
everybody,

I am very sorry for bothering all of you. I really can't
come up with
any solution.... I went through the FAQ and the
Documentation with no
luck...
I can create a bootable usb stick. That
is fine.
When I run as root /*rear -v mkbackup */a complete backup is
done.

When I boot form USB I can choose
*localhost - backup AUTOMATIC
RECOVER
*But then...
*No code has been created to restore
device...
Please add code to /var/lib/rear/layout/diskrestore.sh to
manually
install it. *This happens to all partitions.

Then when I
press*
1) Continue* it ends up with *
ERROR: No filesystem mounted on
/mnt/local. Stopping.
Aborting due to an error. Check
/var/log/rear/rear-localhost.log for

details....
etc/scripts/system-setup: line 72: 489 Terminated
* *
*So I
really do not know what to do right now. I do not understand the

rear-localhost.log. Everything seems to be fine.
Any help is so very
very appreciated!
Thanks a lot! *
*Susu*
