[rear-users] ReaR 1.16.1-1

Thank you for the quick reply.

I installed and tried 1.17. Received some not found errors referencing “02_translate_url.sh: line 1: ../../prep/default/02_translate_url.sh” not found and there were some others. When I searched the scripts were there. Is there a prep command I should use before running the recover?

Regards
Tom

Hi,

please try with our latest release 1.17.0. IIRC there where some fixes that could apply here.

Kind Regards,

Question for the group

I am testing ReaR on SLES 11 3. I had to adjust the ISO output script to handle some package differences. That works fine now and the backup runs OK. The ISO and tar is created in the NFS location.

When I try to recover I receive an error regarding connecting to or mounting the NFS location. We can ping the NFS server by both name and address, before we run the recover command.

Any assistance would be helpful.

Regards
