Sounds to me you need MySQL replication (master/slave) running regardless of ReaR backup. A restore, using any backup/restore framework will have the issue your talk about, and can only be solved by some kind of live replication....

but when I make a dump I will get also an inconsistency because I have only current state of the DB. I need something like a DB-Replication with rear.
Is that possible?

Wouldn't the simplest way just be to do a mysqldump just before the rearbackup?
