Some of them are separate file-systems, some do not exist at all (We define same conf for multiple systems). I would expect non-existing ones just being ignored.

I do not know how to attach full log, it is too huge  (20MB, because there is many disks and big dmsetup table).

Only attached log part generated by layout/save/default/34_generate_mountpoint_device.sh and diskdeps.conf, disklayout.conf, and conf files. Hopefully will be sufficient.
