[rear-users] Restoring mdadm system to a single-disk destination fails

Restored a CentOS5 (mdadm) system to a single-disk ESXi VM. I manually
edited the disklayout to force destination partition sizes and partitoon
types. Although the destination /dev/sdX partitions were correctly
(re)defined, they still retained type fd (Linux raid autodetect) and the
fs commands were also still assuming raid devices

In addition, /mnt/local/etc/fstab is an exact copy of the original, so
booting the restored machine will fail
