[Rear-users] How to change the IP During the Rear recover mode?

Some people are used to using ifconfig and route, and maybe we should not 
force users to learn new tools especially during a disaster. I am in favor 
of also including ifconfig and route onto the rescue image.

Not sure if that is the problem here though.
