Hi,

thanks a lot to Dag Wieers and Jeroen Hoekx for contributing their work
to ReaR. And thanks a lot to the Belgian police force for agreeing to this.

Please look at
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=171835&atid=859454 to see all
patches, most have been already accepted into trunk. Please test the
nightly build of tonight to make sure that everything works as you
intended (and submit fixes if needed).

Some things I noticed and would like to put to the discussion here:
* We intended LogPrint as the tool to Log and Print the same message, in
some places there was Log and Print together, in other places there are
a lot of echo calls.
* Can we somehow merge USBFS and NETFS? This seems to be a lot of
duplicate code...
* tac was added to the progs, is there a reason why tail -n 50 (or
similar) would not achieve the same effect in the single use case of tac
(so far) in restore/NETFS/default/40_restore_backup.sh ?
