[Rear-users] Backing up to tape-drive and OBDR

Everything is easy except for the person that has to do it ;-)

I would leave the pieces of code in, but remove any mentiones from the 
README/documentation/presentations at least. With a bit of luck we may 
have something working in the coming weeks.
