[Rear-users] Fwd: Problem: /dev/sda nicht gefunden

Hallo,

in der Erprobungsphase von ReaR ergibt sich bei uns folgendes Problem: Nach dem erstellen einer Rescue-CD und booten selbiger bleibt die Ausgabe dort bei "ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): eth0: link becomes ready" stehen.

Über die Eingabetaste gelangt man dennoch zum Login. Dort, als root eingelogt, erhält man nach der Eingabe von "rear recover" den Fehler "ERROR: required physical device `/dev/sda` could not be found".

Versuche über MODULES_LOAD diesem Problem Herr zu werden, indem man ata_piix einbindet schlagen fehl. Dieses Modul taucht bei lsmod im Rettungsystem erst garnicht auf.

Eingesetzt wird ein SLES10 auf einem Rechner mit i915G Chipsatz.

Anbei für eine bessere Fehlerdiagnose die Vorläufige Testkonfiguration und die Ausgaben von lsmod des ursprünglichen Systems und der Rescue-CD.
