  -----------
Automatically resize active last partition on RAID0

In layout/save/GNU/Linux/210_raid_layout.sh
output a new 'raiddisk' entry to disklayout.conf that has same syntax as a 'disk' entry
to have size (and partition label) of a RAID device stored like
"raiddisk /dev/md127 23599054848 gpt"
because knowing the RAID device size is a precondition
to be able to automatically resize a RAID0 array

  Log Message:
  -----------
Merge pull request #2730 from rear/jsmeix-resize-RAID0

In layout/prepare/default/420_autoresize_last_partitions.sh
automatically resize active last partitions on RAID0 disks,
see https://github.com/rear/rear/issues/2696
Therefore in layout/save/GNU/Linux/210_raid_layout.sh
a new 'raiddisk' entry that has same syntax as a 'disk' entry
is written to disklayout.conf to have size (and partition label)
of a RAID device like "raiddisk /dev/md127 23599054848 gpt"
because knowing the RAID device size is a precondition
to be able to automatically resize a RAID0 array.
