At AUTOEXCLUDE_DISKS removed the two comment lines
# Explicitly excluding/including devices is generally a safer option.
# (layout code)
because they are not acually helpful and even misleading because
there is currently no config variable to explicitly include devices,
see https://github.com/rear/rear/issues/2229
