Merge pull request #1943 from hoffie/fix-1941-module-less-kernels

Fixed that ReaR failed on kernels with no modules support
in the FindStorageDrivers function that did error out when it
did not find storage driver modules (because there are no modules).
Now when MODULES=( 'no_modules' ) is set FindStorageDrivers()
does nothing and returns. The places where FindStorageDrivers() results
are used seem to work safe when FindStorageDrivers() returns nothing.
