  Merge pull request #1995 from rmetrich/NBU

For BACKUP=NBU exclude '/usr/openv/netbackup/baremetal'
because it is not needed in the ReaR recovery system.
This is a follow-up of https://github.com/rear/rear/pull/1980
and also belongs to https://github.com/rear/rear/issues/1974
