  Automatically exclude $BUILD_DIR from the backup

Usually $BUILD_DIR hosted on /tmp and hence automatically excluded from the backup.
When specifying $TMPDIR, $BUILD_DIR was not excluded from the backup.

  Merge pull request #1993 from rmetrich/TMPDIR

Automatically exclude BUILD_DIR from the backup.
By default BUILD_DIR is on /tmp (via TMPDIR) and automatically excluded
from the backup via BACKUP_PROG_EXCLUDE=( '/tmp/*' ... ) in default.conf
but when TMPDIR was specified to something not in /tmp
BUILD_DIR was not automatically excluded from the backup.
