[rear-devel] Feature Addition: add tests for linux-ppc64le (IBM Power)

I have left out some details in my previous email which may be useful to
know. I currently have my changes in a separate branch named travis on a
fork of the repository under the username ayushdewan. I would like to ask
for permission regarding whether or not I could open a pull request.
