Log Message:
-----------
Ubuntu 14.04 recovery works now with the help of an assistant script 99-makedev.sh to create missing block devices like sda. Ubuntu 14.04 uses systemd-udevd, but is still depending on upstart. The 99-makedev.sh script is work-around until a final fix is found.
