    A usr/share/rear/conf/Ubuntu.conf
    M usr/share/rear/prep/GNU/Linux/28_include_systemd.sh
    A usr/share/rear/skel/default/etc/scripts/system-setup.d/99-makedev.sh

  Log Message:
Ubuntu 14.04 recovery works now with the help of an assistant script 99-makedev.sh to create missing block devices like sda. Ubuntu 14.04 uses systemd-udevd, but is still depending on upstart. The 99-makedev.sh script is work-around until a final fix is found.
