Since I wasn't involved in the discussion, what exactly will Johannes
maintain ?
The Archiving:/Backup:/Rear tree was never published because the current
build-tree was not used for the v1.13.0 release. The v1.13.0 release did
not have the Makefile-changes required for OBS using the new path.
If we want this to be published, I guess we will need to check-out
v1.13.0, add the newest Makefile on top and make a stable release OBS
build. The Makefile was prepared for this, but it was never properly
tested.
Personally I prefered to see v1.14 hit a release sooner instead. Even if
that means making consessions wrt. our release plan.

I would prefer to link to the Download page instead, as that's the one
that will improve over time. Plus it should guide users to distribution
packages, rather than our own (assuming distributions do a better job at
integrating software than us).
